Standard cloud provisioning tools only write and run code to create resources. Bridge Labs is a complete Multi-Workspace Platform that covers the entire lifecycle of teams, environments, and costs. In a single platform, you can spin up isolated Cloud Sandboxes, deploy pre-configured DevOps & AI stacks, onboard teams or trainees via interactive labs, and keep cloud costs fully locked using built-in budget enforcement, auto-sleep policies, and an AI-enhanced supervisor. No need to cobble together 10 different tools.

A workspace is an isolated environment (tenant) with its own users, infrastructure, projects, and permissions. It maps to a Keycloak tenant — fully isolated from other workspaces. Think of it as a separate organization within Bridge Labs.

No! We do not charge per user seat. You can invite as many users as you want to your workspaces. You are only constrained by the credits and the number of workspaces/environments provided in your tier.

MSP Cloud: Bridge Labs manages the cloud infrastructure for you. Compute hours are included in your plan, and overages are billed directly by us. No cloud account needed.

BYOC (Bring Your Own Cloud): You connect your own AWS, Azure, or GCP account. You pay your cloud provider directly — Bridge Labs only bills the platform license. Ideal if you have existing credits or enterprise agreements.

In Prepaid mode (Starter & Team), your deployments are paused when your credits reach 0 to protect you from unexpected bills. You can upgrade your plan or wait for the monthly reset. In Postpaid mode (Business & Enterprise), you can continue consuming resources and you will be billed for the overage at the end of the month.

Yes! You can upgrade at any time — the difference is prorated. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Enterprise contracts require annual commitment.

We do not offer a free trial, but the Starter plan at €29/month is the perfect low-cost way to test our platform, deploy your first environments, and evaluate our features.

We use a simple, secure 4-step onboarding flow:

1. Request access: Select your preferred plan above to submit a quick onboarding request.
2. Get credentials: Our team immediately pre-configures a secure, empty workspace for your company. Within minutes, you'll receive your temporary login credentials by email.
3. Select plan & pay: Log in to your Admin Hub, head to the 'Plans & Subscription' tab, and click 'Select Plan'. You'll be redirected to a secure Stripe Checkout page to enter your payment details.
4. Deploy instantly: Once paid, your subscription is active, and your cloud credits are instantly provisioned, allowing you to deploy your infrastructure and training spaces immediately.
